• The apartment is 98m2 in size and spans over two floors.

• Le Valset is one of the more up market residences right next to the brand new Club Med complex.

• It consists of a newly fully fitted and equipped kitchen with oven, 4 hob cooker, microwave, refridgerator and freezer. Equipped with salt and pepper, bin bags, olive oil, spices etc etc

• The dining area sits 6 comfortably with chairs to seat 8.

• There is also a small games area with table football and darts area.

• There is a 50 inch tv with a large selection of DVD's and CD's. There is a soundbar, music console and radio for CDs and Ipods. There are cards and family games.

• Wifi is not included, however it can be purchased through the complex wifi

• Ski Out is a 50 metre walk downhill. Ski In at worst is a 25 metre walk via Club Med steps.

• There are 4 bedrooms which can sleep 7:

  • 2 x large bedrooms with king size beds in each - Bedroom 1 and 2

  • 1 x Twin bedroom with 2 x adult size single beds - Bedroom 3

  • 1 x Single bedroom with a smaller single bed - Bedroom 4

• There are 2 bathrooms. One downstairs has a toilet and a shower. One upstairs has a toilet and a bath with shower attachment.  

• All kitchen appliances, linen and towels are provided. All eqyptian cotton bedlinen. 

• There is a ski locker downstairs and a tiny walk to ski in ski out.

• The apartment is only used by friends and family so you have to clean the place before you leave and do the washing of the previous occupant. The apartment has a washer and dryer.
